Top NHL Prospects Sign With Infinit Canada

Nutrition Company to Launch 'ICE' Hockey-Specific Product Line

Dougie Hamilton Boston BruinsInfinit Canada, the leader in premium blend custom nutrition products, has announced the signing of two highly ranked NHL prospects, brothers Dougie and Freddie Hamilton, to coincide with the launch of their Hockey-specific nutrition products: ICE, RAW, and REPAIR. The hockey-specific line – three products formulated for in-play, post-play, and weight-gain – will be available in select retail stores and via InfinitIce.com beginning in November.

“We have been supplying many of Canada's most elite endurance athletes through our CSC partnership since 2007,” said Darcy Haggith, President of Infinit Canada, “our partnership with the Hamilton brothers is another acknowledgment of our ability to formulate the highest quality nutrition products tailored to specific sports and athletes. We're thrilled to have Dougie and Freddie on board as they illustrate one of our core company concepts: professional hockey players will perform at their highest level while fueling on a sports drink designed for hockey, not basketball.”

Dougie Hamilton, selected ninth in the NHL Draft by the Boston Bruins, and Freddie Hamilton, drafted by the San Jose Sharks and currently defenseman for the Niagara IceDogs, have been fueling with success on Infinit Nutrition for the past three years. Their endorsement and bios will be used throughout packaging, marketing materials, and retail materials beginning in and around their hometown of Toronto before a planned nationwide roll-out in 2013.

“Hockey, as a sport, has been waiting for nutrition products of this quality for way too long,” added Haggith. “With our hockey-specific line, we aim to bring the same high-grade, fully-tested, certified free of WADA banned substances, premium nutrition that we supply to Olympic athletes to a sport that I am absolutely passionate about. We have no doubt that the interest from hockey players and prospects of the Hamilton's caliber will continue to grow.”
