I'm a lover of all things breakfast, and french toast is a go-to for a weekend brunch. Adding some protein to your batter is a great way to boost your intake for a day, and since Infinit Raw is flavourless, the powder has no impact on the sweet taste of the toast.

We love maple syrup. What Canadian doesn't? One of our favourite (and simplest!) ways to add more protein in our day to day life is by mixing up this super easy protein shake. Just combine 2 scoops of Infinit raw to a cup of almond milk. Drizzle in some maple syrup. Shake. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!

A local Windsor company is creating some seriously delicious protein bars that are hand-crafted, gluten-free, Zone Diet compliant, and packed with 25g of protein. If you don't feel like making some bars yourself, we recommend ordering some from Grace - she uses top of the line ingredients in each bar, including Infinit Raw Whey Isolate and Infinit Chocolate Raw.

Arguably the easiest way to incorporate more protein in your diet is by adding it to your cereal in the morning. Just mix 2 scoops of Raw with your milk, pour over cereal, and your done! With an additional 20 grams of protein, this turns a quick breakfast into a complete meal.
